Shervin Aslani

Shervin, Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer, is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from the University of Guelph with strong technical skills within the design of mechanical systems, and a minor in Business Administration. Utilizing His Degree, as well as his previous experiences such as the MaRS Intensive Program, and a finance certificate from Harvard University, Shervin is responsible for the operations of Salus Innovations. Shervin has previously worked as a Project Coordinator at Bombardier Aerospace for the Global 7000 experimental aircraft's. On his downtime, he enjoys playing hockey, travelling, and taking long walks on the beach.

Francisco Espino

Francisco, Co-founder & Chief Engineering Officer, holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Guelph with specialization in biomedical instrumentation. Francisco is applying his skills to reinvent a better approach to walking disabilities and improving our current design. Some of his hobbies are working out and reading.

Brad Holder

Brad, Co-Founder & Chief Technological Officer, graduated from Mechanical Engineering with a focus in bio-mechanical design from the University of Guelph. He is currently pursuing a thesis based masters degree from McGill University, in Control theory, in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department. Brad's focus in Salus Innovations Inc. is facilitating the product design process, while supporting other tasks as the needs arise. Some of his hobbies are working out,  playing sports such as hockey and squash, and outdoor activities.

Mike Ackworth

Mike, Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer, has graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in bio-mechanical engineering design. His previous experience in startups ranging from positions such as business consultant to sales manager, play a vital role in the day to day operations of Salus Innovations. Mike has had international internships managing offsite multi-million dollar projects for a contracted company of the Toronto Transit Commission. He also has work history including Bombardier Aerospace as a project controller, and data analyst. Mike’s roles at Salus Innovations are currently the financial operations, as well as business development and achieving business milestones. Mike is also a believer that education is never ending, and his personal goal is to learn as much as possible. He has a driving ambition to use the knowledge and experience gained through prior endeavors, to create a company that will help improve the lives of as many people as possible.
